The rooms were all huge and attractive with a shower. The breakfast offered bacon, hot waffles, and other hot food options. The setting of the hotel was great.

The one and only thing we didn't like was the view of the parking lot with all the construction materials and boxes, but we know they are working hard to make the rooms beautiful, like ours was!

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I requested extra pillows and they were brought to the room in a timely fashion. Very good breakfast!!

The spa bath filters were dirty. I had to clean the tub after turning on the jets.

They serve bacon and hot waffles, which is pretty decent if you ask me. Plus, this place is in a great spot - not too far from restaurants, downtown, and even a national park 🌳.

Beds were terrible. Mattresses keep sliding off the the box spring and they were uncomfortable. The two nights were fine, but then a big group of people were partying on the second floor. Cursing, threatening to fight each other and anyone around, banging on walls and slamming doors until 4 am, the halls smelled of weed, and we about left but didn't for fear of losing my non refundable payment. We thought that was a one night thing on a Thursday night, but it went on to Friday night with the same thing. You could not get off the elevator without smelling the drugs on that floor. We checked out on Saturday morning. The manager was at the front desk and asked how our stay was I told her aweful and she needed to do something about the drugs on the second floor. The cleaning guy concurred that there was a problem to the manager, but it did not seem to be at the top of her priority list. She asked me no further questions or even apologized.

The hotel has very nice personnel at the reception desk and the breakfast staff. the room is pretty nice, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a fairly clean bathroom. - the location is marvelous and absolutely perfect for visiting a movie theater and restaurants. - the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful.

The place was only average clean but it was acceptable. The male African-American staff member was extremely helpful and courteous.

There isn't even a real road to the hotel property. The management and assistant managers (both female) were difficult to deal with, particularly the manager. I did not feel like a valued guest at all when speaking with either one of them.

For the price of the room I woulda thought there woulda been a refrigerator, beds and pillows sucked and to top it off our room was right by the freaking ice machine. What hotel has a check in at 4????

The suite and 2 TV's The rooms were large and comfortable.

every time the air conditioner went on, there was a loud hum all of the time it was on. Sounded like it was coming from outside. The bedroom needs a chair or 2 for watching TV.

Breakfast was pretty good considering it was free. WiFi worked well but had to get instructions from the desk.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Made the room clammy and musty. Sheets were too small for the bed and I found myself continually trying to yank them back onto the corners.

The employees were helpful and corteous. The hotel itself was very clean.I only stayed one night so it served my purpose.

We couldn't check in until 4 pm and had to check out by 11am the next day usually you can check in at 11 or 12.Pool was closed so we couldn't use it. Had to go to front desk because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.The beds weren't very comfortable with flattening mattresses and pillows.I probably wouldn't stay here again.Was very over priced.
